New entry in the broilers' breeding equipment family, "ASTRA" combines the exclusive "anti-intrusion" flap system to the now famous centralized and simultaneous regulation of the "SPEROTTO" feed.
Astra represents the natural evolution of the "CIP" manger, which has been satisfying the needs of our customers for over a decade.
The innovative bottom opening system facilitates the draining of water during washing rather than the fast and safe discharge of the feed.
The revolutionary SPEROTTO "F.L.D." device (feed level device), controlled by a central winch along the feeding line, allows to adjust the level of the feed in each hopper simultaneously. This mechanism, devised by Sperotto engineers and protected by an international patent, ensures a uniform distribution of the feed in each machine and avoids waste, checking the level according to the stage of growth of the animals.
The "antisosta" system with electrified wire placed above the feed tube has also been eliminated, following the genetics of modern broilers.
Each power line provides for trams placed every 75 cm or 100 cm from each other.
Each line includes three probes to control the feed: the first probe placed at the beginning, inside the main hopper, the second and third at the end of the line.
The double pressure switch at the end of the line allows to stop the feed descent when the desired level has been reached by integrating an emergency system to stop the delivery.
Sperotto feeding systems are the only ones in the world to present the drive unit and loading hopper at the beginning of the line: the auger system works at thrust ensuring an efficient distribution of the feed up to 150 meters in length, also offering the possibility of a fast inspection to the motor group positioned in the head of the breeding.
