High Quality Automatic Nest with Center Conveyor Belt
NYDO ONE is our high quality community nest for parent chickens that consists of 230x160 cm four-hole modules.
The special construction specifications of the product make it an ideal place to lay eggs. After the eggs have been placed, the nest closes and the eggs roll gently over the perforated polypropylene conveyor belt (their holes ensure hygiene and ventilation). Then, thanks to a variable speed drive, the eggs are automatically transferred to a soft PVC pickup table.

The structure of the plastic roote is studied to allow the animals to move naturally and safely and is very easy to assemble and dismantle.
The roller brushes ensure that the conveyor belt remains clean.
Through the control panel, it is possible to regulate the speed of the conveyor belts and to program the nests (open / close the nests and turn the lights on / off inside them).
