HOW TO FIND PRODUCTS

You can buy it in several ways. The easiest way is to navigate using the drop-down navigation menus at the top of the page, where you can find links to our brands, categories, or view all our products. If you know what you are looking for, use the search box in the middle of the top of the page.


DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO ORDER?

To receive our articles at home, you will need to register on our page. You can register in two different heights:

1. Before the ordering process:
Click on the "My Account" tab, available on the top bar, and click on the "Register" button in the "New Customer" box. Fill in all required fields and follow the instructions. Once you have registered, you are registered as our customer and can return to the catalog to place your order.


2. During the ordering process:
If you have not had the opportunity to register before, and if you are already in the order process, you can register in the second step after confirming the shopping cart. After registration is completed, you will automatically proceed to the next step of the ordering process.


HOW TO ORDER?

Buying at LUSOQUEIMA is as easy as doing it in a physical store. Just select the item you want and then forward it to the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Our checkout process is quick and straightforward. No matter how many products you have in your shopping cart, you only need to checkout once. Once you have collected all the items you want, you can complete the order in four simple steps:

1. STEP Shopping Cart
You can, from this step, manage your shopping cart by adding or removing products as if you were in a physical store.

2. STEP Delivery address
In case the billing address does not match the delivery address, you can indicate at this step the address where you want to receive your order.

3. STEP Shipping Method
Select the shipping medium that best suits your needs.

4. STEP Payment
Select the payment method that best suits your needs.

5. STEP Confirmation
Check that all the data is correct: total order, billing address and delivery address, means of payment. In this step you can also leave a message related to your order.


Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email before starting our validation process. Your order will be shipped directly to you.
