If you are not satisfied with the purchased item, you can return it within 30 days after the invoice is issued. We ask that you return the article to us in the same conditions as it was sent to you, with all the documentation and equipment: case, manual, warranty and invoice. Make sure that the contents are properly packed to avoid transport damage. We also ask that you complete the return form with all the requested information including your NIB so that we can reimburse you. The return of the order should be done through a means that offers some security. We advise you to use the CTT-Express or simple registered shipment. Upon receipt of your return we will create the credit note and send it to you to sign. After this formalization, the return process is complete.
Conditions unfavorable to reimbursement:
In the event of one or more of the situations listed below, LUSOQUEIMA reserves the right not to refund the value of the purchase:
The deadline for return was exceeded;
Item has been used or is damaged;
Loss of the product / order during the return shipment.
HOW WILL I BE REIMBURSED?
Upon receipt of your order and if none of the unfavorable conditions will occur, you will be refunded. The refund will be made by Wire Transfer, so we ask that you refer to your NIB in the return form, which accompanies your order. Only orders made with Credit Cards will be subject to the return of the value on your Credit Card.
THE RETURN COSTS WILL BE REFUNDED?
LUSOQUEIMA only assumes the cost of return if the item arrives damaged, changed or if there are other situations for which we should be responsible. In other cases, the cost of return is entirely the responsibility of the customer.
